ride

45 minute rhythmic + choreography based signature class. various tempos and resistance as the foundation, layering choreography and an arm track for a full body experience.

60 minute class is available on SATURDAYS

grind

45 minute rhythmic + resistance based signature class. various tempos and resistance are the star of this class with minimal choreography, plus 2 arm tracks for a full body experience.

 
 

RIPPED TO THE RHYTHM

45 minute strength based class. full body + combo movements to achieve the full body burn! rhthmic based, but can also be taken at your own pace. stretch and mobility at the end of every class.

SCULPT

This class will focus heavily on core stability + strength with mat work, light weights + everything is to the beat of the music. Expect a full body workout, with emphasis on core sculpting + a 70-80 degree room. High reps, light weights, tons of shakes + the best sculpt you’ll find in lancaster. We offer members ONLY classes for this as well as spots are limited!
