  • Can I wear sneakers to ride?

    • Our bikes do not have cages and you must clip in to ride. our pedals are compatible with spd and delta clips - though we strongly prefer delta clips. Don’t have shoes? not to worry, we have shoes you can rent for $2.

  • Can I Take my cell phone into class?

    • cell phones are prohibited inside the studio + we ask all trackers/watches to be set to theatre mode. we have lockers + cubbies for all your personal belongings.

  • I’ve never taken a spin class before - can i sign up for any class?

    • yes! our classes are designed for everyone and modifications are always provided. no matter your fitness level, the beauty of the bike is you are in control of your resistance! if a certain move doesn’t feel good for your body, you can always opt to sit and take class at your own pace. if you are brand new to spin, you must arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class to ensure proper set up! if you arrive with 2 minutes or less to class, you will not be admitted + need to reschedule.

  • Where are you located?

    • 483 Royer dr, lancaster, pa 17601! when you turn into worthington, make your first left and another left. you’ll find plenty of free parking and our main entrance between fulton mortgage and fulton bank.

  • I’m running late - can I still check in to class?

    • so we do not disrupt our classes, no admittance after class has begun.

  • i booked on the app, do i still need to check in?

    • Yes, please check in with our front desk even if you booked with the app

  • When can I book classes?

    • Classes will open on a monthly basis - the last sunday of every month @ noon, the next month will go live. Our members get 7 day early booking access the 2nd to last Sunday of every month!

  • Do you provide towels?

    • yes! you’re more than welcome to bring your own if you feel more comfortable.

  • what if i need to leave early?

    • we ask that you reserve the entire class time for you and to respect the other riders. if you absolutely cannot stay for stretch, we ask that you leave right after the last song prior to the cooldown. please let megan or your coach know you need to leave early.

  • do you offer refunds?

    • we do not offer refunds on memberships, class packs, or shoes.

  • what if i need to cancel?

    • we have a 10 hour window in effect. if you cancel after that window, class packs will lose a class and unlimited members will be charged $10. if you do not cancel and do not show up, you will be charged $15.

    • for unlimited memberships, we require 30 day notice in writing - please email letsride@rideandgrind.net. note: if you are on the unlimited monthly with no commitment, you can email anytime to cancel. if you have a minimum commitment, you can only cancel after that is fulfilled with the proper 30 day notice.

    • pausing is always an option - we do not charge a monthly pause fee. you can pause up to 3 months; please email LETSRIDE@RIDEANDGRIND.NET.

  • I’m waitlisted and got in - but now I can’t attend - what should i do?

    • Placing yourself on the waitlist is meant to give an opportunity to clients if others choose to cancel. if you get into a class, it is your responsibility to attend or cancel if you need to. as a courtesy, our waitlist caps at 15 people + will not admit later than 30 minutes prior to class. please, if you are on the waitlist, plan to attend the class and we recommend not putting yourself on multiple waitlists - they move!

  • Can I book compression?

    • Yes! Pending staffing, compression 30 minute sessions are always available. Please email letsride@rideandgrind.net or book your session directly after class with Megan. Members are $16 per session, non-members are $20

  • What kind of music do you play?

    • anything and everything! we do not censor our music or instructors.

  • We do not have a studio phone!
