MEGAN IS THE OWNER + FOUNDER OF R+G - MORE THAN A WORKOUT; IT’S A MOVEMENT. SETTING OUT TO CHANGE THE GAME OF FITNESS IN LANCASTER, SHE OPENED WITH THE PASSION IN HELPING OTHERS FIND JOY IN MUSIC + MOVEMENT. HER CLASSES ARE ATHLETIC, PACKED WITH CHOREOGRAPHY + CHALLENGES, WITH PLENTY inspiring MUSIC TO HELP YOU FIND YOUR OWN STRENGTH. You can find her coaching daily - when she’s not coaching, she’s curating our social media, working the books, making killer smoothies + hyping you up pre + post class!

LEAD RIDE COACH

Laura is your lead cycling coach! She’s passionate about helping others find the same joy in movement she found at R+G. She’s going to help you find the strength you didn’t know was inside, plus curates each playlist with songs that you will be able to scream sing while finding the challenge you crave. When she’s not coaching, she’s spending time with her fiancé, listening to Taylor swift + is a professional yapper.

RIPPED COACH

Morgan is your LEAD strength coach + coaches every Mon/Fri ripped at 6:45am! Coming to R+G as a personal trainer, she found joy in movement on bikes that go nowhere. Bringing her expertise of lifting to our Ripped classes, she’s going to push your past your limits + help you gain confidence in your training journey. When she’s not coaching, she’s spending time with her husband + fur babies, and of course finding the best spicy margs with her friends.
